Key Stage 2 sessions

Our Key Stage 2 sessions are designed to inspire and engage pupils of 7 to 11 years. We aim, through inquiry-based learning and active participation, to inspire curiosity and fascination about the world, plants and its people.

Overview 

Our Key Stage 2 sessions are taught by experienced teachers in groups of 15 pupils. The sessions last 45 or 90 minutes. Some sessions focus on lower or upper key stage 2, please check the curriculum links for more information.

    Lower Key Stage 2: You are stranded in the rainforest, hungry, no shelter and some of your group are ill. Can the plants of the rainforest help you? Upper Key Stage 2: How do the plants from the rainforest provide food, shelter and medicine for the people who live there and also provide us with products we need or enjoy?
