Spending time in nature is one of the most effective ways to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Our 1 hour community wellbeing walks provide an opportunity for individuals to enjoy nature in a supportive and welcoming environment. Participants can explore Wakehurst alongside our trained guides, with opportunities to meet new people and chat with our friendly volunteers.

These walks are ideal for anyone seeking a wellbeing boost in the beautiful setting of Wakehurst's Gardens, Mansion, and Millennium Seed Bank.

We plan our walks with accessibility in mind, including wheelchair-friendly routes and quieter spaces where needed. Let us know what would support you best: we’re committed to making your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
