Applying your member discount in Kew Shop
If you are a Kew or Wakehurst member, you can access your 10% member discount online by adding your membership number to your Kew Shop account. This means your discount will be automatically applied to eligible products in the Shop and in your basket without the need to enter a discount code when you checkout.
If the member discount is increased to 20% during the summer and festive retail weeks, the higher discount rate will be automatically applied to your basket.
Please note, your membership number can only be applied to one Kew Shop account. If you would like to apply your membership number to a new account, please ensure it has been removed from your old account first.

- Visit Kew’s Shop website.
- On the Shop’s home page, click the Account icon in the top right (the person icon next to the shopping basket).
- Click Create an account.
- Enter your personal and contact information and your membership number in the Membership Number field.
- Your account is now setup. You can start using your member discount straight away.
Not sure of your membership number? It is printed on the rear of your membership card and all email and postal correspondence from Kew.
- Visit Kew’s Shop website.
- On the Shop’s home page, click the Account icon in the top right (the person icon next to the shopping basket) and log in using your username and password.
- In your Account Overview, under Membership click Link Membership.
- Enter your membership number and click apply.
- Your membership number has now been added to your account. You can start using your members discount straight away.
