Booking a group visit

Book for 15 people or more by completing our booking form and emailing it to our groups team at groups@kew.org

If your group is less than 15 people, please book tickets online.

If your group is an educational group, please book an education visit.

Kew Gardens admission rates for groups of 15 or more people

1 of April 2026- 31 October 2026 and 1 of February-31 of March 2027

Concession (aged 65 and over, or disabled visitors): £21.50
Young Person/Student (ages16-29, or student with valid ID): £9.50

Kew Explorer

Please note that our Kew Explorer land train tour cannot be pre-booked. Customers can purchase tickets on arrival on the day of their visit, subject to availability and an additional charge.

All requests are subject to availability and we recommend providing at least six weeks’ notice to secure the services of a guide.

Pre-paid catering vouchers

Groups can pre-book catering vouchers for hot beverage and cake (£7.50) or cream tea (£11.50). These vouchers can be used in the Orangery and Victoria Plaza Café. Smaller size groups can book a formal afternoon tea at the Botanical Brasserie by calling 020 8332 3405 or booking online at The Fork. Christmas at Kew 2025

We are no longer accepting bookings for Christmas at Kew. For any questions regarding existing group bookings, please contact groups@kew.org or call 020 83325648.

 

Visiting by coach

Coach drop off/pick up is at Elizabeth Gate which is on Kew Green (TW9 3AE). 

There is no parking on site. First come, first served coach parking (fees apply) is available at Old Deer Park (TW9 2RA, 6 spaces) and at Richmond Athletic Association (TW9 2SF).

Coach drivers and group organisers of pre-paid groups receive free entry to the Gardens during day time visits. During after hours events such as Christmas at Kew, we are unable to offer any free entry to coach drivers and group organisers.
