Nature Connectedness Wellbeing Training for Schools
Learn how to lead nature connectedness sessions for your pupils, designed to improve wellbeing, reduce anxiety and empower young people to take positive action for themselves and the natural world.
A 2-hour training session at either Wakehurst or your school / hub or local green space, led by trained professionals and informed by our research.
- Young people can only value what they have experienced. Facilitating them to engage with nature is an essential first step in engaging them in pro-environmental attitudes and behaviours.
- Nature connectedness also plays a large role in enabling young people to feel happier, more fulfilled and more able to regulate their emotions.
Explore the power of connecting to nature and give your pupils the tools to feel good, function well and protect the natural world.
