This is an 18+ event.

Join us for an after-hours wine walk through Wakehurst's extraordinary landscape, in partnership with Artelium Wine Estate.

Begin with a glass of English sparkling wine in front of the Elizabethan Mansion before following a self-guided route through the gardens, stopping at a series of scenic tasting points.

At each stop, Artelium wine hosts welcome you to try carefully selected wines, paired with a cheese taster provided by Sussex’s High Weald Dairy, while Wakehurst horticultural experts share insight into the landscape.

An art guide will also illuminate the connection between the gardens and creativity, taking in the monumental sculptures of Henry Moore, as well as contemporary art pieces from Paloma Varga Weisz, Rafael Perez Evans and Rana Begum along the route.

Food and drink

At the end of your walk, enjoy wood-fired pizza from Safari Pizza or contemporary Egyptian street food from Cairovan and linger over the atmosphere. Drinks are available at the Artelium Bar, and High Weald Dairy cheeses available to purchase. Vegetarian options available.
